In Great Power, Great Responsibility (Nature of Managerial Ethics), students will learn about the relationship between management and ethics and why a managerial code of ethics is so important. This LAP also discusses the unique power and responsibility of managers as role models, as well as ethical issues confronting management and key components all companies should consider when developing a code of ethics.
LAPs (Learning Activity Packages) are comprehensive instructional packages that include all elements of a performance-oriented lesson plan. This LAP includes a student handout (with CopyIT! permission) that includes information about the nature of managerial ethics, a (So What?) discussion of why it's important to learn, ideas (Make it Pay!) for immediate application, and a short (Gray Zone) case addressing ethical issues. Click here for a sample of the student section. The instructor section features a comprehensive discussion guide, complete practice- (short answer) and post-tests (multiple-choice) with descriptive keys, student activities, and more.
Bring your discussions to life with our PowerPoint presentation featuring a broad range of graphics and special effects to help keep students interested. This professionally produced presentation consists of 20 slides.

"The LAP was engaging, especially with the mentioning of AI usage since that is a growing trend in the education system." - Kimberly Hackett, Triton High School (NC)
