In this LAP, students will learn how to give effective recognition, helping them develop the leadership and interpersonal skills they need to succeed in the modern workplace. For example, in The Gray Zone, students will examine the case of a restaurant manager who feels that praise is unnecessary—and determine for themselves just how important recognition really is.
